The statue on the left is part of the memorial to Prince Albert across the street from the Royal Albert Hall. Royal Albert Hall is like the Madison Square Garden of London. It's the venue all British musicians aspire to play at in their careers. It was built as a tribute to Queen Victoria's husband, Prince Albert, after he passed away in the late 1800's.
